Georgetown Episcopal Ministry

Welcome, Inspiration, Community

Georgetown Episcopal Ministry welcomes all students looking for a living and sacramental faith in the Episcopal and Anglican tradition. We build community through Sunday night worship and Wednesday evening fellowship, and through serving together to help those in need.

Faith in Action, and Community in Service

"Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink?"

"Whenever you did it to one of the least of these, you did it to Me."

Our faith leads us to serve Christ in all persons, particular those in need. So we come together to serve God in "Faith in Action" community service projects. We work together at the Capital Area Food Bank or prepare food for the homeless, to offer just two examples. Our faith calls us into service, and our service together builds up our community, and knits us into the wider Body of Christ.

You are Invited

Georgetown Episcopal Ministry welcomes you. Come for familiar, inspiring worship, or a welcoming community, or a chance to serve God in the world. Drop a note to our chaplain, David Bujard, at bujardd@georgetown.edu for more information.
