Wasim Rahman

Chaplain-In-Residence - Harbin 419

As a new addition to the Campus Ministry team, Wasim is excited to be living in Harbin 419 this year. His previous experience, which is primarily in interfaith settings and around interreligious dialogue, has included counseling/mentoring and academic research in the sociology of religion. At age 28 and with ten years of continuous presence at university campuses, Wasim understands the unique pressures of first-year adjustment and is eager to help his residents maneuver them. He welcomes students to stop by his apartment anytime for advice or just to talk.

Wasim holds a bachelor's degree in political science and Spanish from Middlebury College ('02), and a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School's program in religion and society, with an emphasis on Islam ('04). He is currently a third-year student at George Washington University Law School.
