Rev. Kevin O’Brien, S.J., joined the Campus Ministry staff at Georgetown University in August 2008 as its Executive Director. He now serves as the Vice President for Mission and Ministry. He also serves as a Jesuit-in-Residence in Copley Hall. Prior to coming to Georgetown, Father O’Brien served as associate pastor at Holy Trinity Parish here in Washington. A graduate of Georgetown University (C ’88), Father O’Brien earned his law degree from the University of Florida and served as a corporate litigator before joining the Society of Jesus in 1996. He earned his M.A. in Philosophy from Fordham University, an M.Div. and an S.T.L. from the Weston Jesuit School of Theology, and was ordained as a priest in 2006.
