Fr. Dennis McManus is a Catholic priest from the Diocese of Mobile, Alabama. In his capacity as Visiting Assistant Professor in the theology department here at Georgetown as well as the Director of the Catholic Studies Program, Dennis has taught many courses, including “Inter-religious Dialogue,” “Dying for God: Martyrdom in Islam, Judaism and Christianity,” and “Medieval Latin Literature.” He also is a Consultant for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) and has served on the Vatican Advisory Team. Dennis lives a deep commitment to interreligious understanding; has extensive experience with students in crisis; and generously acts as an invaluable resource to many both on and off
