Catholic Faith Inventory

Background Information

Prelude students Through the generosity of a donor and the efforts of Catholic Campus Ministry, Georgetown University has been involved in a collaborative effort with the Paulist National Catholic Evangelization Association (PNCEA) since the spring of 2006 to create an online version of the Catholic Faith Inventory (CFI) for college students. Georgetown University was the first university nationwide to launch this new online college edition of the CFI.  As of May 2008, 13 colleges and universities throughout the country are participating in this pilot project and PNCEA hopes to launch it nationwide in September 2008.

What your peers are saying about the CFI:

"I find the Catholic Faith Inventory to be a great tool in helping me see where I've been currently finding God in my life and areas in which I need to exercise spiritually more. It helps to take the time for self-reflection on my life and where I've allowed God to have more of an impact on it."  - Samira Abu-Ghazaleh, Graduate student

"Taking the CFI allowed me to examine my faith and see my faith from a different perspective.... Talking to Sister Pat helped me to better understand my faith... she offered insight and understanding."
                      -  Julia Love, Class of 2011
