Connect to Campus Ministry
Come meet the individuals that make up Campus Ministry at Georgetown University. The main offices for Campus Ministry are located in the 1st floor of Healy Hall in the center of campus. Georgetown University is a Jesuit institution and as such is well represented by the Jesuits on campus but it is a diverse group as well. In addition to the Roman Catholic chaplains, Georgetown has chaplains from the Protestant, Jewish, Muslim and Orthodox Christian traditions. To serve the needs of students of different faith traditions, we also have student groups representing the Bahá’i, Buddhist, Hindu, Latter-Day Saints, and Sikh traditions.
Georgetown University also has a very successful Chaplains in Residence Program where each residence hall has at least 1 chaplain assigned to it. There are currently 20 Chaplains in Residence that live with the students and interact with them on a daily and weekly basis.
