Ignatian Retreats

Rooted in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, these retreats introduce various forms of Ignatian spirituality, such as Ignatian contemplation and spiritual direction. Georgetown affiliation is required to attend.

Common programs include the Weekend Ignatian Retreats and the Five-Day Ignatian Retreat at the Calcagnini Contemplative Center, and the Prayer in Daily Life Retreats on Main Campus.

A weeklong retreat on the main campus. Participants pray individually and meet with an assigned Spiritual Director once a day to reflect.

Join us at the Contemplative Center to explore and learn the five steps of the Daily Examination of Consciousness. Retreatants are invited to review their lives on this quiet weekend with Ignatian Spirituality as a Guide.
